The Oakland Raiders may have suffered a major blow to their defense headed into their showdown with the division rival Denver Broncos on Monday Night Football.

Sio Moore has been listed as questionable against the Broncos as the result of a car accident in which he suffered a concussion according to Scott Bair of CSNBayArea.com:

Raiders linebacker Sio Moore was was involved in a car accident on Saturday morning before the team left for Denver. He was diagnosed with a concussion by team doctors, but was deemed able to make the charter flight for Monday night’s game against the Denver Broncos. He was added to the team’s injury report and is listed as questionable.

With the Broncos losing offensive tackle Ryan Clady for the rest of the season due to foot injury, four-time NFL MVP Peyton Manning will be without some protection up front. Not having Moore putting pressure on Manning, if unable to go for Monday night, might prove costly to a Raiders team looking for any advantage against arguably the best team in the AFC.

Along with Moore potentially watching from the sidelines in Denver, the Raiders will be without tight end David Ausberry (shoulder), left tackle Menelik Watson (knee) and strong safety Tyvon Branch (leg).
