The 2023 season is still a few months away, but fans have a reason to be excited now as the NFL is set to release the full schedule for every team.

Earlier in the offseason, each team’s opponents for the regular season were announced, but now fans will get to see which weeks those matchups will take place. As a teaser, the league has begun to release key games on the schedule that will get people even more hyped for the upcoming season.

The Las Vegas Raiders have plenty of new faces on the roster and will look to get back in the postseason, but have their work cut out for them as the AFC West projects to be one of the most competitive divisions during 2023. The Raiders remain one of the most popular franchises in the NFL and are no strangers to getting primetime games, and next season they draw the reigning Super Bowl Champions the Kansas City Chiefs on Christmas Day via NFL:

The Chiefs are set to host the Raiders at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, a raucous environment that will surely be even louder given the game between division rivals. Historically, Kansas City has owned the matchup against Las Vegas as they boast an all-time record of 70-53-2.

This is also the second time the NFL has broadcast a Christmas Day game on Nickelodeon, with the first coming last season between the Los Angeles Rams and Denver Broncos. The games on Nickelodeon are not your normal viewing experience as the network will have fun twists and gimmicks going on during the game that’s fun for families and their children.

As far as the actual matchup goes, Las Vegas certainly has their work cut out for them as no one in the league has an answer for a healthy Patrick Mahomes. If he’s got his full allotment of weapons at his disposal, it might not be the best Christmas for Raiders fans.

Dave Ziegler believes sky is the limit for Tyree Wilson

There’s no stopping Mahomes, but defenses can definitely slow him down if they’re able to break through and get some pressure on him. Enter Tyree Wilson who the Raiders drafted No. 7 overall in the 2023 NFL Draft.

Wilson was one of the best pass-rushing prospects in his draft class, and Dave Ziegler believes the sky is the limit for the rookie.
