The longest tenured Oakland Raiders player is kicker Sebastian Janikowski, who was drafted by the team in the first round in 2000 out of Florida State.
In 17 seasons with the team Janikowski has missed just four games, and was named a Pro Bowler one time in 2011.
At 39 years of age it is unclear how much longer Janikowski will be able to kick at a high level for the Raiders, but if it is up to Janikowski he will be able to keep playing for at least four more years.
According to Vic Tafur of the San Francisco Chronicle, Janikowski has set a goal of making it to Las Vegas:

The team is set to open their new Las Vegas stadium and make the move before the 2020 season, although there has been some concerns that the stadium may not be ready by then.
Janikowski is still kicking at a very high level, as he converted 29 of 35 kicks (82.9 percent) in 2016, which is above his 80.4 percent career average.
He has made 414 career field goals, which ranks ninth of the NFL all-time list. If he makes around 20 field goals per season for four more years then that could possibly vault him into the top four all-time, which puts him in the Hall of Fame conversation.
