As the Raiders prepare to take on the San Diego Chargers in their Week 5 matchup, we look back at a Raiders victory over the division rivals.

A Week 3 matchup between the 2-0 Raiders and the 0-2 Chargers would be a low-scoring affair without any touchdowns.

The Raiders would win 6-0 thanks to the foot of kicker George Blanda, who kicked two field goals to provide all the scoring in the game.

The Chargers were held to just 93 total yards by the Raider defense, as Charger quarterback Dan Fouts had three completions and two interceptions. The Raiders offense featured three different running backs that each had over 10 carries, but were unable to get in the endzone.

That year, the Raiders would go on to finish 11-3 and lose to the Pittsburgh Steelers in the Conference Championship.
