The Las Vegas Raiders have a lot to feel good about heading into the 2024 season as they’ve got a new head coach in Antonio Pierce and a roster that seems to be close and has players that enjoy playing with each other.
Although the Raiders have struggled to string together wins in recent years, the franchise continues to be one of the most popular in the NFL. The Silver and Black faithful make sure to represent the team no matter where the Raiders are playing, and that sort of excitement and enthusiasm has been a constant over the years.
Even after the Raiders relocated from Oakland to Las Vegas, the fanbase continues to support them. Not only that, the move to Las Vegas attracted new fans in the state and the surrounding areas.
Sports franchises have continually gone up in value over the years and Las Vegas is no different as they are reportedly worth close to $7 billion via Tashan Reed of The Athletic:
According to @Sportico, the #Raiders are valued at $6.7 billion, which ranks 9th in the NFL. Times have changed!

This continues a trend of steady growth for NFL teams, but in the Raiders’ case represents a fairly significant bump. Last season, Las Vegas was worth about $6.2 billion but before that was worth around $5.1 billion. The Las Vegas market by itself is estimated to be worth north of $1 billion, but things like Allegiant Stadium and the Raiders brand make up part of that number as well.
The Dallas Cowboys remain the highest-valued team in the league, followed by the New England Patriots, the Los Angeles Rams, the New York Giants and the Chicago Bears. These are big-market teams who have a history of winning, so it makes sense why they would be valued more than Las Vegas.
As the team continues to improve and dig its roots deeper into the community, the Raiders should expect another jump in valuation next year. However, the priority for the team is re-establishing itself as a contender and hopefully winning a Super Bowl.
Raiders’ Davante Adams is one of the highest-ranked wide receivers in Madden 25
While people like Pierce will be in new roles for the 2024 season, the offense will continue to feature Davante Adams. Adams remains one the best wide receivers in the league despite his age and his ability was reflected in Madden 25 with his 94 overall ranking.
