After a tough loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to fall to 3-3 on the season, the Las Vegas Raiders are looking to bounce back in Week 8 as they travel to take on the Cleveland Browns at 10 a.m. PT.

Last week was a rough one for the Raiders as their entire offensive line and safety Johnathan Abram were forced to miss the whole week of practice after Trent Brown tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19).

Abram was forced to miss the game against the Buccaneers and although most of the offensive line was able to play, it was clear they could have used some time on the practice field.

They were all able to practice this week though, as was Brown, who seems poised to return to the field as well after testing negative.

This week, the Raiders get a quality 5-2 Browns team that is coming off a miracle last-second win over the Cincinnati Bengals. They did lose star wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. to a season-ending knee injury in that game, but Baker Mayfield still had their offense rolling.

If the Browns have one weakness it is allowing big plays in the passing game, so look for Derek Carr to get the Raiders offense going early with deep shots to Henry Ruggs III or Nelson Agholor. Carr’s deep ball efficiency has improved greatly this season and he is looking to keep going to it even more.

The Browns are another potential AFC Wild Card team, so this would be a big win for the Raiders if they are able to come out on top on the road in an early East Coast game.
