Although the Oakland Raiders are coming off a disappointing 2019 NFL season, they have plenty to look forward to when they kick off a new era at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas in 2020.
The Raiders failed to end their tenure at the Coliseum on a high note by losing five of their last six games en route to a 7-9 finish. Regardless, there is still plenty of optimism surrounding the team with their looming relocation and a fresh start in a new city.
Of course, one of the most exciting aspects about the move is getting to play in a new, state-of-the-art venue just off the strip of Sin City. Recent renderings show that fans and players alike have good reason to be excited.
Among the notable new features is an end zone field club, via Mick Akers of the Las Vegas Review-Journal:

The suites will also come stocked with their own bar, TV’s, and a luxurious view of the entire stadium:

It is safe to say that the Raiders are not sparing any expense to start their new era in Las Vegas in style. The design and color scheme of the venue appear to be quite fitting of this franchise’s style and it has seemingly carried plenty of appeal to fans still adjusting to the looming move.
While this team has become quite accustomed to relocation in their history, they still boast one of the most passionate fan bases in the NFL and garner plenty of support from the places they previously called home. The onus will now fall on owner Mark Davis to make their presence felt in a city where there is no shortage of entertainment.
The best way to do that is by making sure that the product the Raiders put on the field mirrors that of all the bells and whistles that come with playing in such a glamorous setting. It will undoubtedly be interesting to see whether or not they can follow through on the hype by ensuring that the team itself is ready to bounce back as a potential playoff contender.
