Coming into Week 1’s matchup against the Indianapolis Colts, no one knew what to expect out of the Oakland Raiders. The coaching staff had yet to name a starting quarterback in order to gain a competitive advantage and a good majority had already written off this team as one of the worst in the NFL.

Fortunately, Terrelle Pryor was ultimately named the starter under center and felt he had something to prove.

Pryor put on a show against the Colts and became virtually unstoppable in both the passing and running game. The young quarterback’s versatility proved to be the spark plug needed for the Raiders, but the team still came up short with Indianapolis getting their first win of the season, 21-17.

Following Pryor’s impressive performance, the new starting quarterback for the Raiders talked about his historic outing and his disappointment regarding how he played. Although many were surprised by Pryor’s impressive display on the field on Sunday, the Ohio State product was anything but excited about his second start for the Raiders.

Pryor let it all out in this postgame interview via Scott Bair of CSNBayArea.com:
