Prior to the start of the season, the Oakland Raiders were considered the worst team in the league or at least tied with the Jacksonville Jaguars. After a strong performance against the Colts and victory against the Jaguars, these Raiders aren’t as bad as everyone predicted.

While the team is still rebuilding, the media is slowly recognizing the potential the Raiders have led by Terrelle Pryor. Oakland moved up two spots to No. 29 in this week’s ESPN Rankings while former Raiders head coach and fan favorite, Jon Gruden, gave high praise to the current coaching staff.

Although the recognition is nice, the Raiders are looking forward to the challenge of facing Peyton Manning and the team to beat in the AFC, the Denver Broncos. While the Raiders have been very complimentary of Manning, they look to pull off the biggest upset of the season on Monday night.
