Las Vegas Raiders edge rusher Maxx Crosby has been one of the team’s defining stars for the five seasons since they drafted him in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft. Not only has he been a star on the field, but he has also been a fan-favorite personality off of it. And he is about to add another major notch to that belt.

Bill Belichick is perhaps the greatest coach the game of football has ever seen. There’s an argument to be made that he is one of the best coaches any sport has ever seen. He stepped down as the head coach of the New England Patriots at the end of last season and was not picked up by any of the franchises with an opening, leading to him taking some time off and doing unexpected media gigs.

Now, the Raiders superstar and legendary head coach are pairing up with Peter King and Jim Gray for the 2024-25 edition of the Let’s Go! Podcast that featured NFL legend Tom Brady last season via SiriusXM:

This is a massive move for Crosby, who gets a chance to let his personality shine while regularly talking to one of the most influential figures in NFL history. Not only that, Crosby could learn even more from Belichick and vault himself to being unequivocally one of the best defensive players in the game.

Crosby’s career has gone better than anyone could have expected when he was first drafted. But this has the chance to take his game to another level and his star power to another level. Raiders fans will undoubtedly be tuned in to the first episode, which premiers on Labor Day, Monday, Sep. 2.

Maxx Crosby Involved in Fight at Practice

The Las Vegas Raiders want their defense to improve in 2024. Of course, that all starts with team leader Maxx Crosby, one of the best defensive players in the league, not to mention linebacker Robert Spillane, who led the Raiders in tackles and interceptions last year.

Under head coach Antonio Pierce, the Raiders’ goal is to be a physical, no-nonsense team, and Crosby and Spillane undoubtedly set that tone on the defensive side of the ball. Unfortunately, things boiled over in practice, and things got physical with one of the team’s offensive linemen.

According to Paul Gutierrez of ESPN, Spillane and undrafted center Will Putnam got into a scuffle in which Crosby would join in and throw punches at his teammate.
