The Las Vegas Raiders finally got back in the win column after beating a depleted Cleveland Browns team and kept their playoff hopes alive.

It has been a rollercoaster of a season for the Raiders, who started the 2021 campaign strong but have gradually petered out since due to a variety of reasons. However, despite the disappointing stretches, there have been some notable positives they can look back on and be proud of.

The team as a whole has shown great fight and competitive spirit on a weekly basis, and some of those players will be representing Las Vegas at Allegiant Stadium for the 2022 Pro Bowl. The NFL has been releasing members of the Pro Bowl roster ahead of the full reveal on Wednesday, and three Raiders made the cut via NFL:

AJ Cole, Maxx Crosby, and Denzel Perryman all will be making their first Pro Bowl appearance, and each one is deserving of the honor. However, Crosby is the headliner for Las Vegas. He has turned into one of the best defensive ends in the league and has brought life to what was previously a disappointing Raider defensive line. Crosby has registered five sacks on the year but generates constant pressure off the edge.

Las Vegas traded for Perryman in the offseason, and he has been a tremendous addition to the defense. Originally brought on as a depth piece at linebacker, Perryman has been the team’s surest tackler, recording 133 tackles in 12 games.

Cole, an undrafted rookie, recently signed a four-year extension with the Silver and Black, and for good reason, he has been one of the NFL’s best punters. He is currently leading the league with a 51.1. yard per punt average.
