The Oakland community is always something that has been near and dear to NFL running back Marshawn Lynch’s heart, as that is the city he grew up in.

Now that he is a member of his hometown Oakland Raiders, Lynch plans to further help out the Oakland community by bringing them their first Super Bowl win since 1983.

In addition to bring a Super Bowl to the city, Lynch is also helping out in the community. He recently offered free haircuts at his Beast Mode store to all children with good grades who brought in their report cards.

Now, he has announced on his personal Twitter account that he is giving away 2,000 free tickets to Raging Waters, a waterpark in San Jose, to children on July 5:

Lynch retired as a Seattle Seahawk after the 2015 season, but he recently came out of retirement to take another shot at winning a Super Bowl with Oakland.

With Lynch joining a Raiders team that went 12-4 and made the postseason last year for the first time since 2003, and joining a prolific offense led by Derek Carr, Amari Cooper and Michael Crabtree, the Raiders are certainly a team to watch out for in 2017.
