It is no secret that things did not end well with the Pittsburgh Steelers for Antonio Brown before being traded to the Oakland Raiders.
Brown sat out the team’s final game of the season in 2018 after disagreements with quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and the coaching staff and then he proceeded to demand a trade at the beginning of the offseason.
It seemed as Brown had been turning a new leaf in Oakland, working out with Derek Carr and his other Raiders teammates every day. He has not put his Pittsburgh days completely behind him yet though as he took to Twitter on Sunday morning to take a shot at former teammate JuJu Smith-Schuster for his fumble against the New Orleans Saints that cost the Steelers a chance at reaching the postseason last year:
Emotion: boy fumbled the whole post season in the biggest game of year ! Everyone went blind to busy making guys famous not enough reality these days ! 🤙🏾 by the way check the list https://t.co/2SWWT8k0jx

Smith-Schuster then responded on his own Twitter account and expressed disappointment towards Brown, someone he looked up to while they were in Pittsburgh:
All I ever did was show that man love and respect from the moment I got to the league. I was genuinely happy for him too when he got traded to Oakland w/ a big contract, and now he takes shots at me on social media?

This is obviously not the best look for Brown, and hopefully, he can learn from this and not embrace in that type of conversation on social media anymore.
The Raiders are not scheduled to play the Steelers in 2019, so Brown will have to wait before getting his chance at redemption against his former team.
