The Las Vegas Raiders have a busy offseason ahead of them as they prepare for the relocation to their new home at Allegiant Stadium.

The Raiders have generated plenty of hype with the design of the stadium while also providing some insight on all the amenities it will come with. The league has also made efforts to help get fans usher in a new era by having them host the 2020 NFL Draft.

This team has a tall task ahead of them trying to make their presence felt in a city with no shortage of entertaining things to do. Fortunately, it appears they have already enlisted the help of some local businesses.

Las Vegas announced that MGM Resorts will be an official gaming partner of the Raiders, via the team’s official website:

“We couldn’t be more excited to partner with the Raiders and to welcome professional football to Las Vegas,” said MGM Resorts Chairman and CEO Jim Murren. “Las Vegas is becoming one of the top sports destinations in the world, and this partnership is a natural fit of culture and vision. Together, we look forward to creating unique and world-class entertainment experiences for our guests and Raiders fans.”

MGM Resorts will serve as the host of the pre and post-game party for the Raiders, and Raiders President Marc Badain expressed his excitement about the partnership:

“The Raiders are thrilled to welcome MGM Resorts International as our newest Founding Partner,” said Raiders President Marc Badain. “MGM Resorts is an institution in the gaming and hospitality industry and the activations they have planned for Raider games and all events at Allegiant Stadium will bring their best-in-class expertise to the entertainment experience.”

It is safe to say that the Raiders have wasted no time in becoming part of the fabric of their new community. The partnership only proves just how ready Las Vegas was to take in their own NFL team.

They have certainly spared no expense to provide fans with an innovative in-game experience in their state-of-the-art venue. Meanwhile, the MGM Resorts are one of the most prominant features of the Strip and it appears visitors will now have another spot to keep the party going once the game is over.

Although the Raiders have managed to take all the right steps in their move, they will need to ensure that fans have a good reason to cheer by making some much-needed improvements to the roster following a disappointing 7-9 finish in the 2019 NFL season.
