McFadden Says Raiders’ Offense Allows Him To Be ‘A Downhill Runner’

After a few years of mediocrity and failed expectations, veteran running back Darren McFadden may be on the cusp of a breakout season. The addition of a mobile quarterback in Terrelle Pryor has helped draw the defense and open holes for Arkansas alum as McFadden was able to rush for a season-high 129 yards in the Oakland Raiders first win of the 2013 season against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Along with McFadden comes off an impressive performance, the Raiders currently lead the NFL in rushing yards with 397 yards. The combination of McFadden, Pryor and Marcel Reece has proven to be lethal and a potential game-changer for this offense moving forward.
