After 27 years with the Oakland Raiders, former CEO, Amy Trask, decided to make a change. Trask chose to become an NFL analyst for CBS and hasn’t looked back since leaving the organization she was with for almost three decades.
The move was surprising to say the least with Trask having such a long history with the storied franchise and a great reputation within the organization, but seems to be content with the move.
On Sunday, Trask talked about her former team and up-and-coming quarterback Terrelle Pryor. Trask had nothing but praise for the former Ohio State standout saying the following via Steve Corkran of the Contra Costa Times:
Trask said @TerrellePryor‘s work ethic reminds her of former Raiders QB @RichGannon12 “I mean that as a high, high compliment,” Trask said.

The comparison to Rich Gannon says a lot about Pryor’s potential to become the future face of this franchise moving forward. Pryor was impressive to say the least in the season opener against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 1, but Trask endorsing the third-year quarterback’s worth ethic says a lot about the impression he’s made and the respect he’s earning in Oakland as a result.
In Week 2, Pryor will make his first start at O.co Coliseum in Oakland in front of the avid Raiders fans. The Raiders will face off against the Jacksonville Jaguars in a game the team is expected to win. Pryor will be put to the test with many watching to see if this up-and-comer is the real deal.
