Denver BroncosThe plot thickens as the Oakland Raiders head into their Week 3 showdown with the division rival Denver Broncos. Along with the rivalry being kicked into high gear with the emergence of Terrelle Pryor and Peyton Manning leading an undefeated team, a Colorado store has sweeten the pot for avid Broncos fans.

According to Darren Rovell of ESPN.com, Appliance Factory will be giving away free appliances as the result of a shut out on Monday Night Football:

For at least the last decade, the Appliance Factory, a network of 13 stores in Colorado, has offered customers who buy products from the stores in the week before the Raiders game their items free if the Broncos shut out the Black and Silver.

“We’d so love to give away what we sell,” said Kevin Drako, the chief operating officer for the company, on Friday, “but Janikowski kicking in Denver is always a challenge.”

With the Raiders offense playing better than expected in the first two games of the season, the banged up Broncos defense containing Pryor and company may be a stretch to say the least. Not only will the Broncos be without arguably their two best defensive players in Champ Bailey (injury) and Von Miller (suspension), but Sebastian Janikowski is arguably one of the best kickers in the league with incredible range.

Over the past few years, Janikowski has been the reason for no free appliances being given out by Appliance Factory. The Colorado-based store will likely be hoping for the same scenario this time around.
